Friends were visiting from out of state and wanted bbq for dinner. We arrived and were welcomed immediately and asked if we had any questions regarding the menu. We ended up ordering a rack of ribs, brisket and chicken wings. For sides we ordered Mac & cheese, bbq beans, apple slaw, onion rings and toast and fountain drinks. We found a cozy booth and our food was delivered to our table in record time! The food and service were outstanding! Employees checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything and even furnished to go containers for the leftovers. As you can tell we didn't save room for dessert, but the ice cream (which we have had before) is fantastic and will definitely be a must next time. The ribs were cooked to perfection and falling off the bone. The chicken wings were full of flavor and the brisket just melted in your mouth! The bbq beans were our favorite side followed by the mac & cheese and onion rings. The Apple slaw had a tangy flavor and was refreshing and worth a try since it is not like normal coleslaw. I highly recommend GQue bbq for great bbq! You can't go wrong!

By far the best smoked wings I've ever had. I got buffalo and they were amazing! We also tried their pulled pork, brisket, and turkey. All of their meats are by far the best in the area imo. This is now our go to bbq in Broomfield!

Sometimes, you crave bbq but can't make the drive to the springs so you decide to try out a barbecue spot that was at the Yelpies. You order up front and then you take a seat. We ordered the family feast and it was enough to feed four people. We also ordered the weekly peach burnt ends, wings, fries, and onion rings. The food was pretty good. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and ribs. The fries and onion rings were pretty crispy. The wings were surprisingly good as well. I enjoyed their lemonade. Food came out quick. There are plenty of seating options even though it looks small on the outside. Parking can be a mess. It's pretty crowded so I suggest parking a little further away from the restaurant but still within the plaza. Because it is all self serve essentially, tables may not get clean right away so maybe bring wipes or try to get a staffs attention.

Have you ever gone to a BBQ place and thought to yourself...I feel like the meat should be more prominent? I don't know how to describe it but lately you go to a BBQ place (or chain considering some options here in Colorado) and the meat doesn't draw your eye like it should. If you at all are picking up what I am putting down, GQue is the right spot for you. The BBQ meats here are solid. Every piece of BBQ I have had are incredible. The thing that starts lacking here are the sides nothing sticks out to me as impressive BUT just get more meat. I have tried the macaroni and cheese, the slaw, and the fries. All of them are about on par with most BBQ places sides. The smoked wings are fine as well but not the best smoked wings I have had or the best wings that I have had. If you want literally just a plate of BBQ and nothing more. Go here. Rip into some brisket, ribs, and sausage and take a nap.

Best brisket i've tasted in a long time! Just one delivery order of 1lb of lean brisket & sauce & I was sold! Now i don't want to eat or order from any other BBQ restaurant. I'm convinced it will not taste as good as GQ bbq & i'd rather save my money- eat something else & get bbq another time- when it can be from GQ BBQ... H. Clark

I am not a fan of barbecue. Most barbecue sauces are way too sweet for me. My college friend wanted to take me to this location, but I told him that I'm not a fan of barbecue, so we went elsewhere. Two days later, my niece took me here. I ordered a Sasquatch. Brisket, jalapeño sausage, apple coleslaw. I got the combo, so I added a side of mac and cheese, and a soda. The sandwich didn't come with sauce, thank goodness. The brisket was plentiful and very tender. It had a great flavor, not too smoked, not too subtle. The sausage had a nice snap and a subtle jalapeño flavor, without the heat or being too overpowering. I thought the apple coleslaw was just ok. It added a fresh element to the sandwich. I did try a bit of the mustard barbecue sauce. It was ok. The mac and cheese was disappointing to me. It was too saucy, so I think they cook the macaroni separately and then dress it before serving. The sauce had great flavor, but I wanted something creamier. My bf ordered the weekly special, which was a barbecue meatball sandwich. The rest of us got our food all around the same time. He was waiting and waiting. He went up to ask about his order and about some bread, which is served on request. She brought the bread to the table and mumbled something about his meatballs still being cooked. She apologized for the wait. A few minutes later, his sandwich came out. Another gentleman (maybe the owner) came over to apologize again. He offered us some wings. My niece asked for a side of the mashed potatoes and gravy. We were brought a huge side of each. Bf didn't care for the fries as much, as they were very savory. Niece and nephew both ordered meats and sides. They were quite happy with what they got. I thought the prices were incredibly reasonable for the amount of food and quality of the meats.

Always a great experience at GQue. Aside from the excellent barbecue, don't underestimate their fries, especially with some cheese! They support local high school sports, which is the reason why I stopped today (Legacy Football fundraiser deal).

This is one of those places that I make excuses to visit. "Well, I'm in the area so I might as well get some GQue BBQ. It'd be a crime not to." Cut to me nodding to myself for my solid reasoning as I pull into the parking lot and swipe my card for a Meltdown Sandwich. With Mac n cheese and extra beer cheese sauce on the side. Have family visiting from out of town? Gotta try GQue. Grabbing groceries nearby? Gotta reward myself with GQue. Holiday? Celebrate with a GQue sandwich. In fact, I was so excited to order and eat I forgot to take photos. AGAIN. I may have a problem. Though there are worse problems to have. Grab some of their ice cream on your way out, it's delicious just like the rest of their menu.
